Seed Grading Technology

At our modern grading plant at Garoth, we utilize high-precision sorting, density separation, and dressing procedures to achieve exceptional seed quality.

How Daivik Seeds Are Processed

From raw farm inputs to ready-to-sow packages, every single grain undergoes six major engineering cycles.

01

Raw Material Intake & Pre-Cleaning

Raw harvested wheat or grain is brought into the Garoth plant. The first phase removes large impurities, dust, straw, and light chaff through high-velocity air aspiration and vibratory sieves.

02

De-stoning (पत्थर निकालना)

Specialized gravity de-stoners eliminate heavy contaminants of exact grain sizes, such as small stones, pebbles, and heavy soil clods which normal sieves cannot filter.

03

Size Grading & Width separation

Multi-deck cylindrical rotating screens sort the seed grains based on their precise width. Shriveled, broken, and immature grains are filtered out, maintaining uniform seed dimension standards.

04

Gravity Separation (घनत्व पृथक्करण)

This is the heart of our grading plant. Air-cushion gravity decks lift lighter seed grains and separate them from heavy, dense, energy-packed seeds. High-density seeds provide excellent shoot vigor.

05

Fungicide Dressing (बीज उपचार - Thiram)

Graded seeds are processed inside a dynamic seed treater where they receive a uniform, microscopic coat of Thiram fungicide. This treatment seals the seed and guards it against soil fungi during germination.

06

Automatic Weighing & Sealed Bagging

The treated seeds are weighed electronically to precise net weight values (e.g., 40kg / 20kg bags) and sealed inside premium Daivik Seeds moisture-proof packaging, ready for distribution.
